Great Place

We have been using Aberdeen Acres for several years and have nothing but great things to say. The facility is immaculate, well maintained and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Our pets love it there. We can watch them on Facebook participating in playtime while we are away on vacation. This provides great peace of mind. The owner's philosophy of letting dogs be dogs (group playtime, etc.) is very innovative and relieves all the stress typically associated with boarding. OUr dogs get excited just driving up to the place. Great job, highly recommended.

I have been boarding my dog and cat at Aberdeen Acres since 2001. This is the best place anywhere in the quad-state area. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very professional, courteous and caring. My dog gets excited just driving up the road. He runs right in, greets all the staff and knows his way to his kennel suite. The suites are large indoor/outdoor design. The catterty is huge. Each cat has a condo with an outside porch. What a difference compared to the small cages we used to experience in North Carolina. We would highly recommend this place to any pet owner. They welcome tours and made us right at home from the first visit. You definitely get a warm fuzzy feeling when you tour this place. Excellent dog training as well. The owner trains dogs for the motion picture industry as well as for regular dog owners.
Great Place for Boarding and Training

I recently had my dog trained at Aberdeen Acres. What a difference. When he arrived he was very defensive, growled at people, I was embarrassed to take him for a walk or out in public. The staff at Aberdeen Acres worked with him, built his confidence, taught him basic obedience and modified all of his bad behaviors. At the end, they also trained me how to be a responsible dog owner and a dog handler. Me and my dog now work as a team and can go anywhere. Great job, great value for the money. Amazing knowledge of dog behavior. I would strongly recommend this place.
